David is a CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT and FIP certified legal privacy & data protection consultant at Interfyde®, focusing on the healthcare sector. He is experienced in advising clients in both the Netherlands and abroad. He has advised both providers and users of smartphone apps, e-commerce solutions, healthcare and e-health applications, AI software, smart (IoT) devices, HR tech, and much more. In his work, David likes to keep things simple and clear for his clients. He always strives for compliance without losing sight of his clients' practical and financial needs.
David studied law at Utrecht University, where he graduated cum laude with his master's thesis on the lawfulness of the processing of personal data for commercial purposes by account information service providers. A year earlier, he graduated cum laude with his bachelor's thesis on blockchain and the GDPR right to be forgotten.
